Refund policy

All Ramalama Creatures pieces are one-of-a-kind handmade sculptures. Due to the unique nature of each piece, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.

Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. I will work with you to find a fair resolution.

All sales are final for undamaged items. Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing, as slight variations in color and texture are natural characteristics of handmade work and are not considered defects.

Lost packages: I am not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. For lost packages due to carrier error, please contact me and we will do our best to assist.
